Welcoming and Including New Communities (WIN) started in December 2019 and will run for till September 2022. This project is co-financed by the European Commission under the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund and supported by the Department of Justice and Equality. It is co-funded locally by Mayo County Council, Tusla, Health Service Executive (West) and St. Stephen's Green Trust WIN aims to enable asylum seekers, refugees and vulnerable Third Country Nationals (TCNs) in Mayo to access high-quality information, advocacy, activities, supports and services appropriate to their legal status. A second aim is to build the capacity of front-line services to respond to the needs of the target group in a culturally competent way.WIN is a continuation of the work of Diversity Mayo, also co-financed by the European Commission under the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund and supported by the Department of Justice and Equality. Diversity Mayo ran from 2017 till 2020. How will this programme be delivered? What will be delivered? Third Country Nationals living in Mayo can access the service in our main office in Castlebar or on an outreach basis across the county. They can access information and support on a range of issues or will be sign-posted to relevant services as appropriate. Who can I talk to about WIN?
