Foundation 4 Life Programme in Castlebar Print
The Life Skills and Job Activation Programme, now known as the Foundation 4 Life Programme, has been developed to support young people to further develop life skills and become more job ready. The Foundation 4 Life Programme is a free course.

This programme aims to engage young people aged between 18-25 who are Not Engaged in Employment, Education or Training (NEETS) in the wider Castlebar area. The programme will run 2 days a week, each Tuesday and Wednesday from 10am - 4pm  for 12 weeks starting Tuesday March 27th in Lough Lannagh Village, Castlebar. Application forms are available for download here. Closing date for applications is Friday, 2nd March and they should be returned to Pat Conway at the stated address. Programme interviews will take place on Thursday and Friday, 8th and 9th March in the offices of MindSpace Mayo, Castlebar.

In addition, a Foundation 4 Life Programme info session will take place on Friday, 9th February from 12 noon -1pm in the Board room of Cedar House, Castlebar. This info session is for services and anyone who may be interested in joining the programme.
